Consultancy Opportunity – PAYGo Solar Sales Training
Smiling Through Light is looking for a PAYGo Solar Sales Training Consultant with strong experience in West African markets to support our sales team of 15 agents and managers.
This is a short-term, hands-on consultancy (8–12 weeks) focused on real commercial results:
✔ Increasing PAYGo solar sales and conversion rates
✔ Building a standardised, field-tested sales system
✔ Strengthening commission-based selling for last-mile customers
✔ Delivering practical sales training and coaching
✔ Supporting female sales agents to grow sustainable incomes
We are especially interested in consultants with direct experience working with PAYGo or off-grid solar companies across Africa and a deep understanding of customer trust, affordability, and repayment dynamics.
